Turnkey apartment renovation in Kyiv the "Taryan Towers"

An open-plan apartment in a developer's residential complex. The studio team proposed:

1. We divided the single space into three functional zones: a kitchen-living room, a bedroom, and a guest room. We also included a separate walk-in closet. The developer's design included a bathroom and a toilet, which we incorporated into a laundry room. The apartment also features a terrace with a small seating area.
2. The design was based on minimalism, one of the clients' favorite interior styles. It features a subdued color palette, minimalist furniture, multi-level and recessed lighting, and concealed storage systems. Concealed baseboards and a shadow box on the ceiling emphasize the minimalist aesthetic.
3. Instead of standard solid partitions, glass structures were used in the bedroom. The clients liked this solution, and it fits harmoniously into the overall interior design.
