What we guarantee:

Warranty on completed work

We provide an official warranty on all renovation work — 36 months, fixed in the contract. If defects appear during use, we fix them at our own expense.

Budget transparency

Before work starts, you receive a detailed estimate. All additional work:

  • is agreed in advance
  • is not done without your confirmation

Deadline control

Before we start, we build a staged work plan with clear timelines. You always understand:

  • Normal wear and tear of the property
  • Repairs by the client or third parties
